How it works?

Initial Discovery

An Infront Technical Expert will visit your office (or offices) to review and document your IT infrastructure.

This exhaustive discovery will include a detailed report on:

  • Number of users, number of devices & their type, network infrastructure
  • Document the state of your firewall(s), switch(es), access points, and servers, printers
  • Software, licenses, and subscriptions, productivity, and collaboration tools
  • Security vulnerabilities, report on key improvements

Proposal

Once the assessment is complete, your Infront Account Manager will present you with a detailed proposal outlining all the steps, improvements, and work efforts required to implement our BusinessONE platform. 

BusinessONE Kickoff & Implementation

Once you’re happy with your proposal, a BusinessONE Project Manager will schedule a kick-off meeting with your stakeholders, introducing you to our team and outlining the steps we will perform to onboard your organisation to the BusinessONE offering.

As we work with your team to implement the new changes, we will assist with change management through regular training to ensure everyone in your business is on board with the change.

Ongoing engagement

That’s it! Your business is now running on our BusinessONE blueprint, and you and your staff can take full advantage of your support offering.

Infront will constantly monitor your IT environment to ensure it remains secure and updated. 

We will provide you with one phone number and email address for all your IT requirements if your staff requires assistance.

Incident – An incident is an unplanned interruption to a service or a reduction in the quality of a service within your environment. With BusinessONE, you will have access to unlimited incident management, which means that your staff will be able to contact Infront anytime during business hours to get these issues resolved.

Examples of an Incident:

  • Unable to print
  • Error messages while saving a document
  • Mailbox or OneDrive Sync Issues


Service/Change Requests –
A service/change request is a request for information, advice, or additional services/functionality. 

Examples of a Service Change/Requests:

  • Reset a password
  • Install a workstation for a new user
  • Create a new distribution group

Please note that a Service/Change request differs from a complex request.

Complex Request – A complex request is defined as a task that will take greater than two (2) hours to complete or will require software, licencing, redesign of a managed service component. 

If change is deemed to be complex, Infront will notify you of the quoted price and the expected timing for the work to be completed. We will confirm these with you before actioning the request. 

After-hours support for specific user/s is available between 7 am – 10 pm, 7 days a week.

We are confident in the stability and reliability of our BusinessONE standard operating environment, but there are times when your organisation may require additional extended support such as in the lead up to your AGM or during EOFY.

This add-on is useful during critical periods for your organisation and for executives who work extended hours, who may need urgent access to help desk support. 

Advanced logging helps organisations effectively respond to security events, forensic investigations, internal investigations, and meet compliance obligations.

This solution provides retention of logs up to 1-year (without this solution, organisations only have 90-day log retention), accessible to authorised users with advanced search and export capabilities.

This solution is critical for organisations that need to meet compliance and/or security obligations.

Microsoft Teams provides robust unified communications across your organisation and with external stakeholders and clients. The Microsoft Teams Meeting Room experience is the best way to leverage this capability in a meeting room, with seamless meeting join, screen sharing, multi-camera management, and other capabilities.

This add-on provides support, monitoring, management, security protections, and updates for your organisation’s Microsoft Teams meeting room appliances. This is critical to ensure that the meeting experience is without fault.

While most organisations assign a laptop to each staff member, there are situations where a kiosk or shared PC device may be used, such as in a meeting room or at reception.

This add-on provides management of a kiosk or shared-PC device, including security protections and update management. This is essential because the device is brought into compliance with BusinessONE policy, in line with the other devices in your organisation.

Training is essential to help your staff get the most out of Microsoft 365. While generic training is available as part of BusinessONE, it isn’t as effective as training that is tailored to your organisation. This add-on offers one two-hour training session on an area of your choice tailored to your organisation. The training is delivered via Microsoft Teams, with the recording provided to your organisation for future reference. Our training empowers users to use Microsoft 365 tools and services to work more effectively and efficiently.
